Our story

We started out doing maintenance work for friends, family and a handful of local property managers around Shellharbour. Word got around — mostly because we picked up the phone, turned up when we said we would, and didn't pad the bill.

Today we run a fleet of fully stocked service vans across the Shellharbour, Kiama and Wollongong LGAs, looking after thousands of homeowners, renters, strata managers, builders, cafes and small businesses. The work has grown, but the way we do it hasn't: a real person answers the phone, you get the scope in writing before we start, and the job is finished properly the first time.

We're proud to be the team locals call when something has gone wrong at the worst possible time — and even prouder of the ones who call us back later for the planned jobs: the hot water replacement, the bathroom reno, the gas appliance install.
