After tiling and waterproofing we return for fit-off: tapware, toilet, vanity, shower screens, basin wastes, in-wall cisterns and flush plates. We supply trade-priced fixtures from Caroma, Methven, Phoenix, Reece, Brodware, Astra Walker and others if you'd like the warranty support and stock-availability advantage — or we'll happily install fixtures you've already bought. Final commissioning includes a tempering valve at 50°C, pressure-limiting valve set to 500kPa, and a written plumbing Certificate of Compliance for the council and your insurer.
We coordinate cleanly with the other trades on a typical Illawarra bathroom reno — tilers, waterproofers, electricians and cabinet makers — and we don't disappear between rough-in and fit-off. One main contact, one fixed quote, one set of compliance paperwork at the end.
